About PA Apartments

What to expect

PA Apartments has a combination of Studio rooms, One and Two bedroom apartments to suit most individuals, groups and price brackets. All feature the latest in modern decor and appliances.

PA Apartments were built in 2012, all have reverse cycle air conditioning and apartments with extra large balconies or courtyards. Relax with free FOXTEL presenting a large choice of programs, with wall mounted flat screen TVs  in lounge plus all bedrooms. We provide Free WIFI, free secured undercover parking and lift serving all floors.

A starter pack of consumables including tea/coffee, milk, biscuits, toilet paper, soaps, dish washing powder, plus laundry powder and detergent is provided for your convenience.

The apartments are serviced on a weekly basis for stays of 8 nights or more.  Extra servicing and linen is available for a fee for shorter stays.

Our apartment kitchens are large and fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, full oven and stove top,  rangehood, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a host of other items.  Our Studio Rooms have a kitchenette (Bar fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster).  It’s all just like home.
We  supply all of the crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment you will need to make your stay as
comfortable as possible. Each apartment has its own full laundry with washing machine and clothes
dryer, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning equipment.

Car Parking

Parking is normally available undercover, onsite, and FREE.

Local Shops

Just a few steps away, including Woolworths, Target, post boxes, coffee shops and takeaway food outlets, a bottle shop, medical centre and a chemist.

Ground Level Apartments

Have furnished courtyards, including an extra large courtyard attached to the Disabled Accessible unit.

Upper Level Apartments

All have furnished balconies. The upper 2 levels have impressive views of surrounding areas and the city.

Smoking

A strict ‘No Smoking’ policy applies in all rooms and balconies/courtyards and walkways (there is a smoking area at the rear of the building on Level 1).

A cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged as a result of in-room smoking.

Air-conditioning

Air-conditioning is available in all rooms – Please be energy-wise. Keep all doors and windows closed when air-conditioning is on. In many cases, just an open window and a fan is a good alternative.

Broadband Internet

Wifi provided to all rooms at no extra cost. Please be aware that it is intended for email and general web use – NOT for downloading large files, music, movies etc. (Those with Skype or similar on their laptops may use this for communication).

Phone needs

Currently most people prefer to use their own mobile phone, so an in room phone is not provided.

We accept VISA, MasterCard at no extra cost.
Please note that AMEX charges will incur an extra 4% fee.

Housekeeping

Our policy is to service rooms weekly (for stays of 8 nights or more) with a change of towels after 3 days. For the benefit of all our guests we expect a good standard of cleanliness and behavior to be maintained throughout your stay.

Rooms left in an unacceptable or very dirty condition, will incur an additional minimum cleaning fee of $75.00. Charge may be increased upon assessment of room condition.
